A lot of people, particularly those who are just rookies in the world of web design will surely not appreciate the software price. Moreover, the coding may be a breeze for experts, but can look very foreign to newbies. The help sections and there are CSS/HTML tools can be helpful, though. Also, the spiffiness of the Dreamweaver’s interface is something I really appreciate.
I would say if you're new at html get something easier to use, otherwise adobe dreamweaver should be a big help getting things done.

adobe dreamweaver not for rookies
I, for one, am not really comfortable with using software that costs more than $100. With everything that can be downloaded for free nowadays, why invest in programs that cost more than $300 like the Adobe Dreamweaver, now on its C5 release.
