Photoshop has been known for being great graphics editing software for many years, and that doesn’t change with Elements, which is sort of a scaled down version of the program. It does much of what the full Photoshop can do, but leaves out the arcane stuff and makes it so anyone can use it without having to be an expert. You can get add-ons for Elements to do some of the stuff, if you decide you need them.
