Magix Music Maker is a nice little music editing program. It allows a user to set up several tracks with different sounds, and mix them all together to make one cohesive bit of music. With several different styles available and bits and pieces preset from different instruments, it is possible to create tracks with this software from the minute you have it installed. There is also a keyboard option, but it isn’t as easy to figure out.
