Omega 3 for the brain
Omega 3 is a great supplement for the brain and other things as it contains fatty acids with EPA and DHA. Im taking Omega 3 liquid supplement now and after 1 month im starting to see some improvements.
The reason why Omega 3 is good for your brain is because it already consists of fatty acids but under causes I dont know much about it can dry out.
My focus, concentration and mood is much better. I read that Omega essentials help neurons transmit messages much more efficient.
Getting supplement for each and every symptom is just crazy but our human brain is the most important part, without it working properly we can just do that much.
Omega 3 is also good for other parts of the body like blood, skin and joints.
If you take Omega 3 for other things please tell ?

Omega 3 is extremely important for brain and memory, cardio, and eye function. Omega 3 fatty acids play a key role in supporting optimal brain function. These amazing nutrients are known to improve learning ability, boost cognitive function, improve memory and thought, as well as raise one’s levels of mental alertness, focus and concentration. And it is able to reduce stress and increase creativity.

I take one omega 3 capsule per day and I hope it's worth it. I have my doubts with all these supplements.
