I am into Open Source. Every year, the struggle with proprietary programs just retains on getting harder. It doesn't help that our principal does not realize how our market works as well. It's all about the figures and the worst of it is that the principal has no cash for marketing.

Open source is great although I think some businesses are afraid to take the step and use open source.
