    Default Software that blocks websites after certain time?

    Is there a software that can be used to block desired website after e.g 2 hours of its usage?

    Is it to block that website to your IP or its with altogether like hacking. For your own ip many sites are there even tools are there. For the second option to block the site altogether (totally to everyone) may be illegal.
