Cartridge leak covered under warranty?

Hi,

I have a Samsung D14 series Lasre printer installed in my office, its cartridge leaks producing black spots on prints.

I have contacted customer service, but they say that its not covered under warranty?
Is it true?

You may again contact the service center and ask them to help you out as it is the responsibility of company to help their customers.
You can write a letter of complaint to the head about the inconvenience caused to you.
