Q6600 vs q8200 vs q9300

Three of them are almos of same price
but the major difference is that Q6600 is 65nm and others are 45nm

I hav a doubt ,ppl suggest Q6600 as its a gr8 overclocker BUT as per rule a 45nm can be overclocked more than a 65nm
