Default Best Places To Buy Hardware Online

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!
TigerDirect.com - Computers, Computer Parts, Computer Components, Netbooks & Electronics

Anybody have any others? These two are my favorite. Newegg has excellent service and shipping, and are very cheap.

Sometimes Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM) will have really cheap sales.

Never buy from a major retailer, such as Bestbuy or Staples.. they'll rip you off, and they often sell old/obsolete parts.

Most places are around the same-ish price, the problem is that the price war is driving prices down; and customer service is the first place to cut back. If the businesses not generating much earnings- and profit margins could be as low as 10% - there's no cash to compensate employees to solve problems.
So it depends if you desire reliablility as well, Dabs.com used to have a nice reputation.

    Ebay anyone?

If you are in the UK, I recommend Ebuyer.com, Microdirect, Scan, Play.com and OCUK.

All great sites with resonable prices and fast delivery.

I'm in the UK and have used Ebay and Play.com. I also use PC World who have a high street shop as well as a website and they are like a supermarket for computers and related items.
