    Default Better software to recover HD data?

    Currently my HD has corrupted with an electric shook. There was a very important data. what is better and fast data recovery tool you use?

    It depends how damaged your drive is, there's a few recovery programs that can save your data though.

    Try a program called recovermyfiles by getdata software company, have heard they are good.
    Intel i7 920 2,67 Ghz clocked to 3,22 Ghz
    6 Gb Ram with Velociraptor 10K RPM system disk
    Dual Boot Windows XP 64-bit and Windows 7

    Thank guy, I have seen another guy using a recovery tool in dos mode. That was Norton disc recovery tool, I think. What about that?

    Norton disc recovery is available in the norton ghost software. Norton ghost is also available as a trial.
