Clickbank Reports
Registered site users can get snapshot reports on a daily as well as weekly basis right from their account home page. They can click and open the “reporting” tab which will bring them to a page with direct links to several reporting options. These reports are generated to focus on shipping, transactions, paychecks, and statistical analytics for sales, refunds, hops, etc. In addition, users can opt for “transaction” and “home” where you get detailed statistics over period of time you can specify. These stats are updated in near real-time with just a two-minute delay, allowing affiliates to view the progress of their accounts and receive updated statistical reports anytime.
Clickbank Review
One of ClickBank’s practical features is its HopAd Builder which gives you the tools to create the advertisement for ClickBank products that you plan to promote on your own website. Clicking on HopAd brings you to a page where you can buy the product and then receive commission for each purchase your customer makes up to 60 days after having clicked your HopAd.
Customizing ClickBank searches is easy when looking for the right information you need. You can specify categories filtered from high to low or in reverse, by popularity, average price per sale, future sale price, average per sale percentages, and commission on sales, to mention some. You can also search by product type, category, language and billing type. Advanced search filters can be made by shippable media or an up-sell product; by language, by billing type, vendor activation date, before or after a specified date or vendor spotlight, to mention some.
User support can be requested through its Help Center which you can access in the site’s “Contact Us” section. You get dedicated account managers for the top 100 affiliates or, if you’re not one of them, regular customer rep. The Help Center page have links to FAQ pages that help affiliates, vendors and users, complete with subcategories of topics that include resources, tools, guides and basic help. There’s just one drawback. Their customer support can only be accomplished through email and the support team can be sluggish in responding and often less than helpful. We had the rather unpleasant experience of going through one who disregarded our questions, directing us instead to get our answers from the Help Center’s FAQ page. Now, would we be looking to emailing them if we got the answers from their FAQ already? This indicates Clickbank is not exactly keen on keeping its customers happy.
